What is the Solfeggio Frequency 528Hz?

The Solfeggio Frequency 528Hz is reported to be one of the original frequencies utilized by Monks for healing, transformation and miracles, and is known as "the miracle tone".  Additionally, studies have more recently been done on the effects of soundwaves, and in particular, 528Hz.  Studies have been reported by Scientific Research, Journal of Addiction Research and Therapy, Harvard Medical School, and Nature Healing Society, to name a few.  They found that exposure to 528Hz reduced anxiety and stress to the endocrine system and the autonomic nervous system, which both help to control many bodily functions that are not consciously directed like breathing, heartbeat, hormones and digestion, even if participants only listened to it for a short time.  Participants had increased feelings of peace and well-being, and although studies are still in early stages, the research is indicating that 528Hz has great potential to heal and repair the body and human DNA.  Due to these studies, 528Hz music has recently become known as a "healing" frequency, and has become an excellent addition to meditation.

 What are Binaural Beats?

Binaural Beats are two tones being played at the same time.  One tone in your right ear and one tone in your left ear.  Your brain then percieves a third frequency.  When using headphones at a lower audible level to listen to binaural beats, listeners get the maximum benefit, and top researchers are now discovering those healing benefits, as reported by a board-certified Harvard and Yale-trained psychiatrist, in Psychology Today.  Furthermore, a study at Duke University has shown that binaural beats can improve vigilance, performance, and mood.  Additionally, the National Library of Medicine showed that binaural beats reduced physical and psychological stress and improved cognitive functioning and sleep quality, and in another study found that binaural beats significantly reduced preoperative stress.

What is the Alpha frequency?

Our 528Hz binaural beats song is made in the Alpha brainwave frequency. Our brains have several frequencies that help us to function on a day-to-day basis. When our brainwaves are out of balance, we can become out of balance, so we have created a song for you that may help keep you in sync. According to Healthline, Psychology Today, Very Well Mind, and Better Help, experts are finding that Alpha waves play an important roll in our well-being, and when Alpha waves are increased, it can help reduce anxiety and depression, aid in relaxation, and increase creativity, intelligence, alertness, and memory.

Since we want to provide the best Sensory Journey experience for you, we have a custom made "Healing Light"© 528Hz and binaural beats song in the Alpha frequency available for you to listen to for free anytime you choose.  We recommend listening in a quiet place, when possible, and using headphones at a safe audio level.  This will help to protect your hearing, you will get maximim benefits, and the frequencies will be heard more thoroughly, without other noises that may dilute the sound.

NEVER TRIED MEDITATION OR LOOKING TO IMPROVE YOUR SKILLS?

HERE ARE SOME TIPS FROM THE EXPERTS-

1 - Set aside 10-20 minutes a day for yourself,  preferably in the morning hours, or before you get out of bed, to start your day off right.  I know you can do it.  I believe in you!  Remind yourself that you are worth your time and love. Shine From the inside out!

2 - Sit quietly by yourself.  Choose anywhere that makes sense to you, gives you privacy and minimizes distractions.  In your favorite chair, under a shade tree, at a park or beach, parked in your car, or even your closet or bathroom, if that is what works.  There are no rules, just pick somewhere you can quietly relax.

3 - Close your eyes, quiet your mind, and set your intention to relax and focus on your breathing.  Slowly breathe in deeply to the count of 3.  Hold your breath for 2 seconds, and slowly release your breath all the way out to the count of 5.  Repeat for 10 - 20 minutes each day.  That's it!

4 - If you find your mind wandering, just catch yourself, clear your mind and refocus on breathing.  It can also be helpful to focus on singing birds or the sound of a dishwasher, heater or air conditioner to help calm your mind. Slowly breathe in, hold, and release.  If for any reason you find your mind still distracted after 15-20 minutes, don't be concerned, just try again before bed or in the morning.

5 - After a few days of practice, you will likely find it comes more naturally, and you will look forward to the benefits it brings you.  Over time, you will likely feel more joyful and inspired thoughts enter your mind during your meditations and throughout your day.  Most people find that, after their Sensory Journey, they feel more calm, peaceful, rested, balanced, positive, happy, lighter and more grounded.  Enjoy your new, more joyful thoughts, and allow your new inspirations in!

What Can Aromatherapy Do For You?

Aromatherapy and fragrance have been used for thousands of years to aid in a multitude of functions.  They are believed to aid in everything from peaceful sleep, relaxation, anxiety relief, and depression to improving the quality of life for people with chronic conditions, pain reduction, boosting brain function, mood, feelings of love and well-being, and even help improve the quality of life for people with dementia, just to name a few.  It is thought that aromatherapy and fragrance stimulates smell receptors which, in turn, communicate with the nervous system to the limbic system, which aids in memory storage and retrieval, emotional balance, and links the conscious functions of the brain with the unconscious functions of the brain.  A multitude of information has been released on the subject from the National Library of Medicine, YaleGood Therapy, The Fragrance Conservatory, AIA, NPR, and The Healthy.

We do recommend seeking medical advice for any physical or emotional ailments you may be experiencing.  However, adding the full Sensory Journey experience to your day to day life may give you the extra boost you have been looking for.
