Domestic shipping

We don’t think you should have to be shocked with a big shipping charge at check out, so we have included free shipping on all orders over $45 within the USA.

All orders ship Monday-Friday to give our Handcrafters time with their families. If a weekday falls on a major holiday, orders will ship the following business day.

returns & exchanges

We always take great care to ship candles as protected as possible, and work very hard to handcraft a candle you will love.  If for any reason a candle is received significantly damaged from the shipping process, email us to let us know immediately, with a picture of the damage to your unlit candle, and we will replace the candle with the same size and scent.  If the same size and scent have been discontinued or is no longer available, we will exchange it for a similar size and/or scent.  Please allow 3 days from the receipt of your replacement request email to get back to you.
